I split my time between coaching, mentoring - and writing - in my role as Business Editor for craft&design magazine. I specialise in helping people develop themselves, their businesses or organisations. I work one-to-one, or with management committees, boards, and planning groups. The work also takes many forms - from coaching of individuals through to the development of regional strategies. I work with Creative Industry clients - large and small, voluntary sector organisations, universities, museums and galleries and private companies.
